They seem to have an extensive set of relationships in QLD that gives them access to many off market sales which can return the power back to the buyer in the hot property market. I have used them for two purchases and each time they were extremely thorough and transparent and constantly took on my feedback on what I was looking for. There was never any pressure to buy any deal that they showed me and Mark and the team would provide honest and transparent feedback from each inspection they have done. I was recommended them by a friend who has done many purchases through them who also share a similar view. The price may be slightly on the premium side but for a large purchase like a house, you will likely save more immediately at purchase overall by the quality of deals they can source under market value. Mark himself is extremely kind, down to earth and patient (even my father who is very hard to please liked working with him) and his team (I have worked with Josh and Jarrod) share the same qualities. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone!
