Mark Navin, Founder and Director of WHY Property Investment, has been a dedicated Buyer’s Agent since 2009, successfully negotiating more than 1,400 properties for clients across Australia. Passionate about real estate, Mark has continually invested in his own education while building his personal portfolio, giving him both hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the property market.

Mark’s journey to establishing his own buyer’s agency was strongly supported by his wife, Toni Navin, who shared his vision and belief in helping investors succeed. Her unwavering support and encouragement played a vital role in bringing WHY Property Investment to life.

Together, Mark and Toni have grown the business from just the two of them into a thriving company with over eight dedicated staff, each playing a key role in supporting clients and driving the company’s continued success. Their leadership, vision, and passion for property have built a culture of excellence and client-focused service that sets WHY Property Investment apart.
